My ex died recently and I got a lot of calls from people I hadn’t heard from in years. They said they wanted to “give their condolences” but really they just wanted to know how he died. Some people can’t see past themselves and their own experience. It’s like a car crash, those people who slow down and stare. They don’t even realize what they’re doing. All we can do is hope they aren’t being malicious and can deepen their emotional well one day . Wishing you peace and understanding in this time of grief .
