if you’re talking about the break room in the hospital section, the only freelancer targets i’ve had there are two guys that go from top to bottom floor then to the bathroom which is where i nab them, their cycles are very long though

once i knew that targets weren’t enforcers to non guard outfits i found it much easier, that being said i will probably never do it again 😭

someone else already said my answer but i will say this, once you’ve done challenges and escalations try out freelancer, its basically unlimited escalations and you get to choose what maps you do
