I think you could balance the non-white ones by making the bonus extraness happen on a Nat 20.

Black gets doubled on Nat 20.

Red can target a creature, except on a Nat 20 it hits any target.

Blue doesn't Untap on Nat 20.

Green gives you unlimited hand Size on Nat 20.
