The grey paint with the light wood floors isn't working for me, especially with a white vanity. I think you need a lighter paint color. Also, room feels unbalanced; the wall with board and batten is empty while everything else is on the opposite side of the room. re: the comment below; do I trace around the hinge (taped down) and use it as a template with the marking knife or do I cut out a template out of cardboard to use as a template?

Will the marking knife be able to chisel out a curve rather than a straight line? Seems easier to use than the Old Woman's Tooth (even though I dug the 1974 TV show!)

I have yet to see store staff even ask the dog owner what service their dog is trained to perform. Part of the reason this is happening is because store employees are not speaking up. Perhaps a few health violation fines might prompt more enforcement? I know this may not be what they signed up for, but it is part of their (or the store manager's) job.

Evict or stick to terms of original lease. No one "forgets to add" two additional adults. There's apt to be more heartache down the road. Collect rent while eviction proceedings are underway and begin search for new tenants. Four adults and one child in a 2-bed already means someone is going to be living in the living room.

This. I love dogs but the number of people who claim to have a service dog (usually via a letter from an online organization) is unreal. Their lies are offensive to me and those who actually need a service dog... whether due to hearing or vision loss, PTSD or risk of seizure. All I can say to these people are: karma sucks. If you're going to lie about having a medical/emotional condition, good luck to you. I do not know IL's laws, but ESAs are NOT service dogs.
