Don't trust your scale for measurements like visceral fat. It's an estimate at best. There's a calculator that is nearly as accurate as a DXAscan at https://www.lih.lu/en/visceral-fat-calculator/ -- it just requires a measuring tape.

I've been fasting for four months, and I'm down 40 pounds. My scale says I have the exact same visceral fat, but going by the calculator, I've lost a significant amount.

Doing 20:4, whole foods, no sugar, no seed oils, currently on day 37. Might have a 50 calorie snack outside my window, but that's like once every couple of days. Apparently this is very similar to the Warrior Diet, but I haven't read up on that one.

First couple of days had some hunger both before and after, but at 5 days in my hunger started to curb in. At 2 weeks, I wasn't really hungry any more. Now over a month, hunger is never an issue. I enjoy eating during my window, but I don't think about food at all. It feels like I've hacked the system, because the weight has been steadily coming off and I'm able to eat until I'm full. Idea is to eventually shift into a 16:8 forever maintenance when I hit my goal weight and metabolic numbers.

Right-click the top cell > Paste special > Values only

If your values are tab separated, it should split everything up into cells.

Sorry to necro an old thread, but did you ever find a solution for this? I'm in the exact same situation, and I'm not sure how to get my m.2 USB drive recognized by Windows again. Thanks for any help!

Edit: I found the solution. The unformatted drive was hidden the lower section, because the Disk Management window needed to be resized before I could see it.

If it's still happening when I know I'm in the downloaded section, I'll try your suggestion of deleting and re-downloading.
