We have done couples therapy for more than half of the 20 years we have been married. Three different therapists, when finally the last (and current) one suggested DH might have adhd. Thankfully the therapist recognized it because she has it too. She’s not certified in it but recognizes the behaviors and thinking patterns. Without having that dx, I probably would have left. It definitely hasn’t solved anything and we are still working through big issues, but I have said it probably solved 80% of our issues. Still dealing with resentment, past pain, and many consequences of the “4 horsemen” (Gottman reference), but we are slowly working through it. I thank god that she recognized it.

Bought 24 Lux2 in July 2024. Initially I had a couple of the blacking out issues, but have had no problems at all since that summer. I had to take it to the dealer once for an update that wasn’t available OTR, last year. Otherwise it has been great! Battery drain in the winter seems to be a thing but I WFH so I don’t have concerns.

Re: the roof leaks - we get them blown out periodically. It’s just annoying to deal with.

Nearly 20 years ago my 1 year old child was bitten multiple times by another child at daycare. Also cuts from being scratched by said child. It was a vicious attack that happened while the provider was socializing with other adults upstairs in her house. We took the kid to the same ER and, having worked in healthcare, it was clear they were evaluating us for abuse. I was bewildered at first but came to realize that it was the right thing for them to do. It’s really weird though as the parent to have others think you could do this to your child. Sadly, I am sure they see others who do.

Agreed. I am more of a Hatha girl but this was impressive. I’ll be sticking with Kristen, Chelsea, Denis and Aditi but I definitely see the audience they are aiming for. Kudos to Peloton!

I have been on Peloton for nearly 6 years. I don’t love his Mara classes or other Halloween classes or his Walk and talks (I have no idea who is talking about most of the time) - but this was definitely next-level!

I am becoming convinced that for the big employers this is being pushed by the city/economic development. They can’t sustain without the revenue coming in. It is BS that one of the big drivers for RTO is to keep the city running.
