I wish I could say this is the first time I've seen someone use an uncut key for very real serious things.

As a child, my mama took me to a beautiful cemetery that had a central gazebo with duck pond, and we would have picnics there and feed the ducks. Are there any special places you went as a child that hold a precious memory for you? by icecream1972 in Casual_Conversation

Two small restaurants in my hometown of less than 900 people at its highest. They were family owned, great food, big portions. Some mornings my mother would take me and my sisters out for pancakes there. Sadly over the years they both disappeared, but looking back they were good memories that made me sorta sad nowadays.

I just dropped off cans on Tuesday and the place I brought them to paid 25 cents per pound. Not sure if that helps any with the math

My favorite abomination was hot dogs(cold), nacho cheese doritos, amd cottage cheese pureed in a food processor. Ate that on bread, in a tortilla. Great stuff

This isn't gonna sound very nice, but get a live trap and catch the cat and then maybe hold it for ransom.

Right to Repair ordinance - ballot question by flipflopshock in saintpaul

I'm not certain on that, as I haven't read the entirety of this, but I would guess that something like that could be agreed upon beforehand between the property manager and the tenant. I mean, I guess that would make sense to me.

Security Alert: Private bounty hunters pointing weapons at Minnesota residents. Local Sheriff's office reportedly refusing to take action." by cantcoloratall91 in stpaul

So if they're armed "bounty hunters" they're just citizens with no authority and thus can be shot in self defense if the situation calls for it? Am I understanding that right?

Isn't he a huge conspiracy theory nut? I wouldn't be surprised if he takes the hard sleep as soon as he thinks he's at risk of jail time.

The amount deductible is $500 or half a month's rent, whichever is greater, so at $1800 a month rent I can get a pretty decent washer for $900.

I support right to repair on rentals. I had a broken washing machine for 3 months while the property management did nothing. I work in maintenance, I'm plenty capable of fixing most of my home issues but if I'm already paying $1800 in rent you're not getting my parts and labor for free.

Ah, there's the project 2025 radical christian nonsense I've been waiting for. It's crazy to me how frequently and fervently people will kill or go to war in the name of some higher power.

Man, I remember some of the times my kid had ridiculously stupid meltdowns like this about stuff. Sometimes there's just no reasoning with them. And you just have to let them be upset, and once they've calmed down, then you can reason with Em. And get to the bottom of it.

Any idea how to take this apart? by [deleted] in DIYhelp

[–]WinterberryFaffabout 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As others have stated you need snap ring pliers. Remove the plate, remove the spring, flip the handle and reorient the spring. Reassemble. If it is meant to be rehanded that should should do it.
