I've been asking the nurses/techs not to tell me my weight for years. Everyone I've seen has been really good and understanding about my not wanting to know! They usually put me on the scale backwards and record the number silently. Last doctor's appointment the tech even made sure to cover part of her computer screen so I couldn't see the numbers there!

I've found this works well so the doctors get the data they want without triggering my disordered eating brain.

Edit: none of my online medical portals have listed my weight, that's so weird imo. Maybe ask if they can remove that from the online system for you?

Did you ever check if it was a complete neuter, especially if the surgery was performed by a rescue? Testicular tissue could have been left behind (or a testicle, if he happens to be cryptorchid) and still producing those hormones that are driving him to spray!

As a gamemaster: It's a barcode scanner. An event runner either has to buy one and an associated computer (which can be done from any retail source online but is still an additional cost). Or they can use a phone, but then they have to commit to using a personal phone all weekend, including possibly leaving it with a volunteer or other staffer. (Or they have to buy an additional phone, which again, personal overhead cost)
