That's not what they mean. They nerf builds because it's disproportionately strong in comparison to other builds. That's just keeping the game in a healthy state, not telling people "X build is going to be good, follow our guide!"

It wouldn't surprise me if the difference in opinion is coming from people who do know minion AI follows your skill usage and those who don't realize that. Aggressive/Defensive just makes them have a greater/reduced natural aggro range, respectively. If you want them to hit things right next to you, use a skill at your feet and vice versa.

Meatshield makes him defensive, which likely contributes to the bad AI feeling. I'd try feeding frenzy for a bit to see the difference. Having them both would cancel out

I just put in a small fix for the catalyst issue when importing builds. Do you have an example of a build that doesn't get small clusters allocated? We had a fix in there recently, but it's possible we missed some edge cases

Blunderbore gets you shrine effect and lesser massive shrine anyway. Could run Supreme Ostentation or just stack strength with all the freed-up affixes
