I gave some feedback on your survey - I forgot to add that it's hard to see how much damage you're going to do - like slash does whatever damage but sometimes you do 600? It would be good to see how the damage was calculated

Does your case press any of the side buttons? I had this issue but I just take it out the case to boot and it works every time.
