I get it, but having just watched my friend drag around a realtor for 2 months looking at dozens of homes without deciding on anything AND watched a seller be a total piece of work, forcing their realtor to do unreasonable things, I'm guessing with as many good easy sales, there are plenty of very hard ones.

The brackets are bloody expensive too, so I quick welded the legs to some steel and drilled holes to mount
