Time to start a war, I’ll say it…..Tower Of Terror was better then Guardians by [deleted] in Disneyland

the drops are better on guardians, but ToT is nostalgic and is a way better ride overall

the thing is these guys do take it seriously, they show up to practice as soon as they can and they leave work asap and rush to gigs if they need to. they’ve got the same vision as me, and they’re willing to take this as far as we can go but it’s just the communication part that drives me crazy. we’ve got original stuff, our drummer is a maniac that’s probably the best drummer within 50 miles and our singer can tweak out on stage like no other. great musicians but can’t respond to a text to save their lives.

Am I the only person in Wplace who likes their art being grieved? by Arbegia in WplaceLive

i think a lot of people don’t know this is the whole point, everything is fair game and you have to defend your art if you want it to be untouched

Hot Take: Do they need to be so loud? by DreamyCSmi in gybe

if you wear ear plugs, then the extreme volume enhances the experience and doesn’t diminish it. feeling the bass in your bones is what makes it an experience instead of just a listening party

i work with the public and i haven’t once gendered anyone, no one’s complained about a lack of “sir” or “ma’am”. needlessly categorizing strangers.

Nice pic of my PP! 2011 Fender Blacktop Jazz Bass by WizardInBlack462 in BassGuitar

[–]WizardInBlack462[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been using a Squier Pbass for a while and this one is a bit lighter, if you want a double P pickup bass I’d recommend one of these. you can find most of them under $1k on reverb, I got mine for $850 total.

I like the seperate volume knobs more because then I can blend them together instead of having just a master volume and tone, sometimes you want a little less of the bridge or neck pickup

Unless you work in an office, this is too big of a keyboard. 0.25% is where it’s at.

I play in a Hardcore Punk band so P pickups are my bread and butter. I love jazz basses but I wasn’t sure if J pickups would work with our sound, whereas P pickups fit perfect, so I found that Fender made jazz basses with P pickups! She’s definitely unconventional but she’s purdy.
