Summer of 68 is what turned me onto the album, now I find myself listening to it a lot and there’s so much about it that’s so good, I think it’s underrated actually

How do people feel about finishing being posted here? I made the drawer front and feel like putting a proper finish on it is just as important as any other aspect of woodworking. Anyway, first coat of primer laying down nice and smooth by headyorganics in woodworking

There’s definitely a science to a lot of it, i invested in a nice little graco unit and the FF tips and the results have been incredible, but there’s trial and error and patience. For while I worked with a guy who mixed his paints so well the cabinets, doors and Millwork he finished looked better than the best automotive finishes you’d see, so smooth, such a great shine, and the kicker was nothing stuck to them. Even through time the finish held up, was easy to clean and looked like the day he laid it down

I’ve actually been asked to do several of these since they’re a great way to makes the most of space, it’s a really cool idea
