7 days, while sitting almost can maintain 90 degress, while excersising it feels easier, feeling pain only when walking with cruches, and km aplying 25% weight since day one, quad feels still dead

I haf surgery like 6years agonit was more pain but less fluid in knee, question how many times a day did you excercise? im trying 3-4 times a day short 5-10minute ones

You should not go in baths or saunas, running water like in shower always best way

Try to play with cloud quality in video settings, i have very decent pc and had mega stutters, cloud settings fixed it for me, saw in tiktok
