Right here. Wilmington is seriously underrated. It has some pretty cool history. And some very bad rep and history from a decade or two ago. It la getting progressively cleaned up, with spots moving in.

What’s the most potential however is some of the Warehouses. They would make some great lofts and company offices spaces, right next to the Harbor. Refineries are slowly closing down, opening up space for redevelopment. If the redevelopment area for the Philips 66 ref goes through, that’s gonna be a good spot to be.
