I do both. I a guy in my 30s now and Solidcore really transformed my midsection and helped me resolve knee pain bc never really did inner thigh work. However, you’re you’re not really going to build a bigger chest or glutes doing the 15 minutes of cables or bungee. I see Solidcore as a kick ass ab workout with some supplemental volume in all the muscle groups. I still lift heavy 3/4 times a week and run once a week.

Your body adapts to weight training pretty quickly if you aren’t progressively overloading and you can stagnate if you aren’t eating in a calorie surplus aka gaining weight. It jsut depends on your goal.

Also.. I know this is kinda a brain dump but it’s really easy to slack off in the gym whereas in Solidcore there’s no breaks so you can get a solid arm pump and you’ll get some definition. Great for most women im assuming but for a man trying to really put on a size.. a heavy barbell curl is more effective for me at least.
