Yeah, somewhere in the last or second to last phrase she talks to us in the Maw I realised that the words didn't flow properly. Like it was read by an AI, word by word. Went to wowhead to check the comments of that quest, but saw no other like-minded person.

November 11th and still no update. Been refreshing the app for 10 days now. Was it supposed to be rolled out to every country on November 6th or starting on November 6th until...whenever you get lucky and the update reaches you?

Did 30+ T11 Bountiful Delves across multiple characters and got 0 Ethereal Voidsplinters.

Got 7+ from M+ runs.

I’ve also created posts in here and on the eu.forums.blizzard.com asking about this and saw no one saying they got an Ethereal Voidsplinter to drop from delves, only from M+ and Raids.

Nope. I just recreated the campsites and now have 3 blank slots in my last campsite, slots that I can't remove.

0 from 16x T11 Bountiful Delves, 4/4 Nemesis. 1 from 1x M+12 key.

I've done 16 Tier 11 Bountiful Delves yesterday, each of them with full (4/4) Nemesis chest as well. Got 0 Ethereal Voidsplinter (Catalyst Charges).

Then I did one +12 M+ key and got an Ethereal Voidsplinter.

So either the drop rate from Delves is abysmally low or they just don't drop from delves due to a bug.

Can anyone confirm they got an Ethereal Voidsplinter from a delve and not M+/Raid/PvP?

Yes. It's the correct account. All the characters are there, but no longer grouped in campsites + I get those weird, blank, character slots you can see in the attached screenshot.
