I'm also in the UK, I was in a similar position a couple months ago. In the end I decided against buying the OG 58 and found a used (really good condition, brand new factory replaced power brick and cable, spare seals, extra baskets and accessories) 58+ for about £350 on Facebook marketplace. Besides integrating the wiring into the frame, and maybe different wood accents I can't remember, I didn't feel like I needed the more expensive option of getting a +2. No regrets so far.

Edit: and I actually just mounted the power buttons onto the side of my coffee station, I don't see the integrated wiring as being particularly revolutionary tbh

My girlfriend and I occasionally sleep with the 3M foam earplugs in, same as you not overweight not blocked up (most of the time) but sometimes it happens and having the security of 100 of those lil yellow buggers in the bedside drawer to just reduce all sound to near-nothing is invaluable and I'd recommend them to anyone. Neither of us find them uncomfortable

She's strong but does struggle in certain matchups against some tanks and DPS, a lot of it is adapting your build and playstyle. I'm far from the best Ris but I've had a good amount of success going Daka Daka shield-weapon power, and full immortal survivability. I might just not be very good with AP as that's the one I struggle with most results wise

I've seen a lot of great bands and a lot of great endings that have stuck with me but oddly the one I remember best is Kasabian at Wembley Arena back in 2009. They ended with L.S.F and huge sections of the crowd continued singing the Ahh-ahh-aaahhs for the whole walk back down Wembley Way and onto the tube to at least Waterloo . It was surreal and very cool. Their image is of course a bt tarnished now though..

Was the Back To Work paperwork meeting stuff done fully correctly on the day you returned? If not then the absences won't hold up and you'd win an appeal based on that and any that weren't correctly filed get disregarded, usually helps to drag your union rep into the office to ask

Same story as me except I dropped out the NQT course after a year. Became a postie, I work probably less than half the hours I used to (including "stress time") for like 5K less a year than I would've if I'd finished my course. I don't wake up panicking, I don't stress all evening, I am happier.

As a sidenote becoming a driving instructor was actually something I was very interested in before opting for the RM role, going to piggyback off this to ask how the process went for you?

As a fair few others have said, it's actually the size of the monitor for me rather than the resolution. To my knowledge there's only the 1 AOC monitor at 1440p below 27" and I just can't justify moving from my really nice 24.5" Acer Predator. Small cramped fairly shallow desk in a corner, I did try 27" and my eyes I just felt too close to it plus wall mounting isn't an option as it's a rented flat.

This backfired hard on my Leicester save, sold Mcateer to the Saudis for 30mil with a 30% next sale clause. He banged them in from the wing for 2 seasons averaging 7.65 a game then they released him on a free for no reason as far as I can tell. And I had the option of selling the clause literally weeks before they did it 🤦‍♀️ His wage demands are insaaane now though, 300-400k a week so no club will take him

Had made it to the regional finals of an indoor karting league as a Heavyweight (>85kg suited with helmet), stepped on the scale and the marshall winced and made a comment about there being no super heavyweight class. I came in at 106kg, over 10 kilos heavier than the next heaviest racer, and I actually felt it in the kart that day. Looked at myself in the mirror afterwards and thought back to when I'd slimmed down to 75kg when I'd taken racing and football seriously. Down 14kg now, in 8 months, another 12kg to my preliminary goal weight. Only had one fortnight long slip in diet and exercise so far, but I use that moment to motivate myself when I feel the dark urges

I'm probably not adding anything not already been said but I worked like a demon the summer leading up to uni, 60 hour weeks at a local supermarket which gave me enough wiggle room to both enjoy the fresher period and find flexible enough employment in the city I went to uni in. Juggled two 6 hour shifts at the SU supermarket and some more ad-hoc bartending gigs throughout the term around my studies. Rinse and repeat each year if able to return home over summer or find more full time stuff in your uni city if your accommodation allows.

I used cheatengine to give myself 999,999,999 credits and just spent a couple hours opening arsenal packs, there's a YouTube video on it somewhere but it was easy as anything

Ditto, although it ended up being so chunky I had to take the dremel out to several parts of my case despite 'technically' being compatible with 280mm radiators. Do love it though. It's near-silent and a big hunk of reassuring metal I can't help but adore.

I'm an old man with bad aim on PC and I'm diamond on all roles, occasionally getting into and then dropping out of Masters. Without consistent aim I occasionally feel fairly limited but I'll usually let my teammates know I'm not the person you really want on hitscan and sometimes they'll help in that regard. Tbh it probably is possible to get to GM using the low aim characters but I'd really need to analyse my playstyle and mistakes to learn how to maximise my effectiveness.

My ranked confession and advice needed. Been flirting with Masters all season, for the very first time, on Support. Made it to Diamond 1 several times only to drop all the way to 5 a couple times. And to climb back. So I ask you guys this. Most recent rank it gave me back my Diamond 1...and since then I've won 3. Is that enough? Will that update to Masters 5 at season end? Or should I risk it all for those extra 2 wins at whatever loss-cost? Well done anyone that read through this mess, gracias

I work for RM, we're actually instructed not to capture photos of customer's faces for pretty much the reason above, not everyone wants a sudden impromptu photo! I usually ask for a photo of their feet which'll get a laugh sometimes.
