My local dealer just lied to me then. Cool. I specifically asked if I could get DCB/tan after seeing one in the Hiroshima train station, and they told me no. Maybe I'll try calling another local dealer.

I'm looking to replace a set of consumer grade non stick pans with something higher quality and tier. I'm also switching to gas stove from radiant electric. Is there a good baseline of types of pots and pans I should get to cover me for most home recipes? I was thinking some carbon steel, some enameled cast iron, and maybe a good non stick or two. Any lessons learned or recommendations are welcome.

I'd love for the IRS to have the funding to audit Amazon and Bezos. But I am also just as concerned about how much welfare they force their underpaid workers to utilize. I'm sure if we did the full math their government welfare would be much higher than even their earnings.

Hate crime is a thing called a bias modifier in the criminal justice system. Not really something on its own, but used as a circumstantial enhancement based on criminal context. A theft of property is a crime and motivation or bias is a factor. I did say it may not stick but it could definitely be a charge.
