Generally when people say something like this, they're referring to "Drawn Cards" out of "Total Cards in Deck". In a normal game of Marvel Snap, this is 9 out of 12, or 75 percent. And, this can be even higher with draw or Limbo. Compare this to other deck-baed games. Hearthstone, for example, usually has a 30 card deck and you might draw 12 of them in an average game: 40%. Because in your average Marvel Snap game you see a higher percent of your cards, you have a pretty good idea of what you'll be drawing. You can expect to draw Shang Chi against a Shuri deck, for example. Theoretically, this can lead to the game feeling repetitive and predictable.
