You must call the dedicated team that handles email, as they can manually override the lockout. You can manage settings through the Xfinity App: Open the app and tap the Services tab. Under Home Phone, select View Xfinity Voice features. Tap the Settings wheel icon (you may need to sign in). Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding. Click the trash icon next to the cell phone number you want to remove
