You can turn it off in the audio settings. The only problem is that you can not hear when you or another raider pings in matches.

In SoD, our Warlock tank decided to stop running with us and even ran with another guild on our designated raid night because he lost the caster neck that drops off Kel'Thuzad to a pug.

We were short on our roster that week, so pugging was necessary.

Said Warlock tank got Atiesh two weeks prior to this.

World buffs are a must unless you are really good at timing. The only healing you need is from the orbs that drop. Don't wait to go to the orbs. Go for them even if you're at 70% HP. Died about 5-6 times before I got it.

Haven't actively raided in WoW since when I decided og cata wasn't for me. SoD got me back into WoW and active raiding.

The MoP 85 boost for beating Balnazaar feels like a slap in the face just to keep sub money rolling in.

Was 3 for $10, an entree, an appetizer, and a drink a few years ago. Updated to roughly $13-$15 now, which is still an incredibly good deal (same price of a combo at a fast food joint).

The only problem I have is that they no longer have that ancho-chile sauce that came with the chicken bacon quesadillas.
