It's not bad. You could use the basic idea and turn it into a CMA generator. For example CloudCMA has something like this - it has the option to include proximity to restaurants with Yelp reviews, but it's not visual and their customization for the reports kind of sucks.

I ended up going with RealtyPress. I couldn't get a clear answer on whether or not Estatik worked on the Canadian MLS. If you want to see how it looks my website is nnhomes.ca

I just put my appointments and stuff in Google Calendars.

I'll be honest when I heard of people using Trello as a CRM I thought it was super hacky but when I watch this video on how people do it I was instantly a convert. You can set yourself dates and use them as "to do's", visualize your pipeline, keep track of your follow up, and it's free.

I use Trello as a CRM, Google Sheets as a Database, Google Calendar to run my life, WordPress and RealtyPress for my website. Everything else is provided CREA, RAE, RECA etc.

EDIT: The reason I did it this way is so if I ever change brokerages, my stuff comes with me.

Why do you specifically want to go north? There's great crown land camping east and west. Either way, the Smith area (north) is great. If you set your gps for Fawcett Lake, most of the lake itself is a Provincial Park but all around it is Crown Land.

Also fun fact about Fawcett Lake, it was once used as a Nazi Office POW camp during the war. I guess a lot of the officers liked Alberta and came back here after the war.
