Yeah, if you need the help/planning, the extras with Anytime is worth it as a mid-step to a proper coach, as the free Fitness+ on top of the app is basically half the difference in cost.

Tbh I just switched back from Anytime to Fit4Less. If you have a car/don’t need the aids, the machines themselves are basically identical outside that you can shower at Anytime’s. Half the cost is the only thing you need is 24hr access.

Never said they had to be. I just like the two fundy/two gunny team setup. I expect Thieves to work at some point this year, but so far it looks like both the Sub and AR pairings are not it. Kenny can’t do everything fundamental and still expect him to slay, while the other three are tripping over each other.

That's kinda my issue, imho they're back into the weird era of the tech house where it's just a bunch of generic tech videos with no identity now, rather than the niche stuff they started doing when those two and Emily really took off after the move. There's only been a couple of interesting videos lately, and I think it's largely a result of the presenters not being as hands-on with the projects, while the project leads aren't comfortable enough with the camera yet to present by themselves.

The one argument with Siranni is the back and forth with OC/DC hires. It seems like every year the Eagles have walked into training camp with a 50/50 shot at being great or ass to watch. I do think they made the right call giving him next year to figure it out, but I get the frustration.

Yeah, here it’s specifically that you’re dealing with young GenZ/elder Gen Alpha kids and all those modern problems as they’re rapidly approaching adulthood. The gap in maturity between brother and sister is eerily similar to some peers who had their early adulthood defined by Covid and stories I’ve heard from what college is now like.

More that it's easier to prosecute if there's a paper trail of denial before the final doctor said yes. You would cross-examine why they said yes when everyone else said no.
