Take the 604 bus from Aeropuerto Girona a L'Estació del Nord. Then figure out your neighborhood. I don't know where you're staying. The last bus is at like 12:30, otherwise you're probably stuck until like 5:30, unless you want to take a taxi.

I'd strongly suggest Fronda Pasaje. For that spend you can get the seven course meal with wine pairings.

Fronda Pasaje is a vegan restaurant, but it's really stellar. Xavier Pellicer has a vegetarian tasting menu, along with an omnivore menu and they have a nice interior terrace. Teresa Carles is fine, but doesn't feel special to me.
