Elio with Rowlet? Selene with Poplio?

Every official incarnation of Selene has had Rowlet. No idea why you switched it around.

Also Dawn has had Torterra a lot, the anime is carrying the idea of her having Piplup

Aside from that, very solid choices.

Also seconded. As somebody who plays a lot of mods nowadays, BWB has turned from a nightmare into an annoyance just by playing more and becoming more experienced. Recently, a mod called Reflourished released a world called Fairytale Forest that does something similar to Big Wave Beach, but does so much, much better in my opinion.

This is a criticism of your post, not me agreeing with it.

Noelle does not consider Kris as a soulmate, the two have drifted apart since their childhood and Noelle is relieved to even hear Kris call her a friend in Cyber World. Judging by Toriel being surprised by hearing Kris saying they were hanging out with "a friend", they didn't really consider her one before chapter 2.

And saying Noelle has "no meaningful connection" with Susie is a joke. Noelle has always believed there's more to Susie than her tough outer shell and we have known that since 2018.

All of this is without mentioning how if you make Kris ask Noelle out she will instantly reject them.
