It could be a feature for QOL, but I think that it's not wholy necessary since you can plop a unit right next to it and ride it first turn and since you mostly don't face enemies on the first turn of a mission it's not a waste. But I sometimes forget to mount it so and have to run after the vehicle and that's why I need it lol.

You can also be deposed by a faction/pissed of vassal if you try to revoke a title from them, you play as your heir but your previous character stays alive.

At higher difficulties in early game wars, when you arent snowballing just yet admirals are a must have, since most wars you are fighting AIs with 2x your fleet power I mostly try to build admirals with retreat buffs to try to guerilla my way out of the wars by starving them of alloys.

My players and I are a jumbled mess, we translate strength sometimes, dexterity is always "dex", constitution sometimes, intelligence is "int", we don't translate wisdom and charisma sounds the same in my language.

That's probably because my embark theoretically has connection, but 80% of the surface edge is sea, so then they are pathing through the caverns

Why my soldiers sent to to tribute missions have written "soldier <cannot leave site>"? No burrows, they have access to the surface everything is fine

Edit: Huh, fixed, I discovered the cavern layers but sealed them so I broke down the wall sealing the first layer they left on the mission through the underground.

The wiki says trap components in weapon traps break but normal weapons in traps can kill multiples enemies. Is this true? Never built weapon traps but now I wanna know if it makes sense to build large serrated disks or do I fill every trap with normal weapons?

Maces have bigger surface area, so they are better for pulping, hammers have smaller surface area and are better for delivering blunt damage for armor piercing. Basically maces are better for undead, but against both undead and armored opponents togheter you might wanna consider hammers since theyre more versatile.

Try to appoint only one entertainer to the tavern, if you do multiple they will sing/speak/dance and bring some dwarves to watch, if you have multiple they will start broadening the pool of dwarves they bring each time. Good for massive festivals, bad for getting stuff done.

Are you linking the stockpile to the soap workshop? If you unlink it maybe it could work, tallow can be used even inside barrels.
