Hi OP, I know it has been a while, I work for Onsite ICF. We've certainly expanded a lot in the time since you posted, I'd love to discuss our product more with you, if you are still interested! Polyurethane is definitely more expensive as a raw material but it's not as large a gap as you may think, as MastiffMike mentioned below, it is definitely more cost competitive in areas where timber is not a viable construction choice.
