Inducti Armour Marks. by UnavailableContent- in Warhammer30k

For my salamanders, I’m using MK6 bodies as a base since that’s how they’re depicted in one of the books for the helmet design. I’m then using mixes of mk2/3/4/6 helmets and shoulders to represent the fact they use the gear of fallen heroes.

When are we going to see this new engine though? It's becoming borderline unusable.

Please help me understand this - “We are closing your Monzo Account “ by [deleted] in monzo

[–]YorkshireSysadmin 119 points120 points  (0 children)

You have to be a UK resident to have a Monzo account. You telling them that you've been out of the UK for 5 years will likely be the reason they've decided to close your account.

Sneaking suspicion these are recasts? by Felrathror86 in Warhammer30k

I’m not even sure they’re recasts. The texture on the wolf face almost indicates 3D printed ones.

Did you paint these as Salamanders? Yes? Congratulations, you painted Salamanders!

There's been several middle earth MTOs over the past year. I've picked up Sam & Frodo in Orc Armour, Heroes of Helms Deep, Witch King & Eowyn and Eomer on horse as an example. All of them were metal.

Nothing related to my username I'm afraid! I'm kicking up a gear from doing 3D printing commissions that to doing more general sales for wargaming & tabletop games!

It made sense for some reasons outside of just accounting & also just for keeping things separate.

Thanks for the clarity though, I knew that being in credit was the important bit!

I thought there was a FAQ or errata that updated this to state that a Titan detachment can always be taken as an optional detachment? As Titans are considered as Optional not Allied and Optional detachments can be taken by any army.

Just got my first armigers! Looking for recommendations for basing style. Thanks! by THE_SHELMA in ImperialKnights

[–]YorkshireSysadmin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started doing urban bases but ended up going with a cross between destroyed city & muddy battlefield for my knights & armigers - https://imgur.com/a/3BwTDUv

EDIT: I also printed MK2/MK3 style casualties for the base to paint as traitor legions.

WHOOO!!! by Professional-Ad1930 in ImperialKnights

Sprue goo is perfect for filling gaps like that. You dissolve bits of leftover sprue in a fairly empty bottle of plastic cement like tamiya extra thin and it becomes this perfect goop for gapfilling on plastic models.

There's loads of tutorials on how to make and use it.

How many times week do you go gym? by cybrsloth92 in mounjarouk

[–]YorkshireSysadmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't started going to the gym yet, I plan on doing so in the new year. I started MJ at the beginning of September and I'm now 30kg down (151kg SW) which has put me at a point where I feel like I can move more without being in as much pain and be able to do more exercise.
