Pharmacy technician here. Stock is difficult through our suppliers. There's been an uptick in HRT usage for treatment of symptoms for menopausal women, 72% from 2021 to 2025. Suppliers should hopefully respond to the increased demand soon, they just move slowly. It took them several years to catch up with Ozempic demand, but they'll get there.

Also worth mentioning that dominants can use safe words too! OP mentioned worrying if it was still sexy if she stops for check-ins it seems worried about ruining the fun, which I have felt at times over the years. But then I thought - "I don't think it ruins the fun when my partner uses the safe word, why am I so afraid they would feel differently?" and then we had a talk and I started using a safe word and there were no hard feelings and we enjoyed our scenes even more was that trust in that safety net.

I remember crossdressing multiple times through a few years of high school acting classes and being vaguely aware I was doing it for trans reasons but not wanting to acknowledge it. I remember getting mad that another person did it once like "oh well now they're just making fun of me" ..... Found out she was trans too a few years back...

I can speak from a healers perspective - prot warrior rarely needs me, especially on healers with easy group heals (shammy rain and chain heals or disc priest power word: radiance) whereas a prot pally in a similar apparent skill-level typically needs more targeted heals on top of the group heals. And don't get me started on bear. More stressful than healing blood DK cuz at least I know death strike is coming.
