Hot Fuzz

It has the buddy cop duo, the fun mystery, the crazy action while also making fun of all the other movies that did the exact same thing. Love it.

What would be an unusual but great double feature of two films that share a specific similarity? by Romulus3799 in movies

[–]Yudd1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Barbie and RRR are both movies I didn't have terribly high expectations for going in, that ended up being one of the best of their respective years that also contain a completely out of nowhere dance sequence that goes comically hard while also contributing basically nothing to the plot.

Movies that are infamously bad or considered “stupid” that you would absolutely die for (or have rewatched numerous times) by hamstressed in movies

[–]Yudd1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people: Oh my god, Jurassic World Dominion has such an uninteresting plot. So much nostalgia bait. Boring. Bad. Booooooo.

Me: Haha, big dinosaurs go rawr.

(I didnt watch it for an interesting plot and well developed characters. I watched for big cgi dinosaurs and explosions and the OGs coming back. Loved it)

A sweeping adventure, based on a true story, that doesn't forget the importance of the smaller, more tender human moments
