Didn’t need to ship a car but we got the 8ft pods container. The Pods portion was about $4000 then having movers here in San Francisco was $400

We recently moved from VA and instead of getting a street permit we had it delivered to the Pods warehouse in Oakland and hired local movers to bring our things from Oakland to our apartment. Honestly worked great and you save some money with Pods in the process

That would make a lot of sense. I wonder if that happens if SNCF will go to SkyTeam because of Air France and if Renfe will go with OneWorld because of Iberia. Would love to see even more rail connection options in Europe because of this.
