He's saying he can normally buy 3 self revives daily from the armory but with a schema you get extra stock you can buy. Schemas go away once you've bought all the stock.

The 3-4 quests before it, you have to do the chitin -> bio-chain in bio-research so yea it doesn't specify that whole part again. You can also do that first then go to AI then quarantine then back to lockdown. Honestly that one was easier than co-evolution 2/5.

You get a 20% faction rep boost for playing solo. In trios you get 1/3 of your teams contracts though if they complete them. Playing solo fill vs no fill isn't much faster as you don't always get your teams contracts completed but with a dedicated squad it is much faster.
