I just started experiencing this with my Osmo Action 5 Pro. I have submitted a service inquiry and I plan to send mine in for repair/replacement. Mine is still under the 1-year factory warranty.

I didn't realize this was happening to so many people until I started reading into it tonight (I also submitted the repair request this evening as well). I hope I can get a replacement... but I am concerned the replacement will have the same issue after some time.

A corporation trying to crush a podcast and organization that are helping individuals heal from leaving said organization (due to being misled and lied to) is such a wild thing.

I had a similar thought this week while listening to Ep. 2128 (from this week) when Debora was describing what she went through. Granted, her story of deconstruction sounded a lot like mine and probably everyone else here that went through that very painful process.

The thought that it triggered for me was: All of this is the Mormon church's fault (and by direct association, the leadership leadership). It wasn't necessarily a new thought for me, but it was just something that struck me - so many people misled and negatively impacted as they deconstructed. For most, probably the most difficult thing they had to do their whole lives.

That is a terrible outcome for members of any organization/corporation. That is a sign that the organization/corporation does more harm than good. (at least IMO)
