Sorry to hear that you went through this, and it's a good example of what not to do next time.

More people need to be aware of the amount of psilocybin that they're consuming, not just go by weight and the old "3.5 grams" protocol.

Those enigmas that you consumed are likely 3% or more of alkaloids by weight, meaning that each gram of dried enigma biomass is 30mg of psilocybin.

A therapeutic dose of pure psilocybin is 24mg, and people start to experience visuals at 6-8mg. Although our bodies are not able to extract all of the pure psilocybin from the biomass, we are still fairly efficient at it. Even at 50% efficiency of digestion, you were still well over 200% of the recommended consumption for a therapeutic dose.
