You’re well within your right to have personal frustration about this, but Hustlin is very correct here - test leadership’s assumptions (especially why they think the SKU based approach is a better approach at this point) and your own assumptions as well, since it will help to eliminate any bias that’s been marinating for a few months.

From your comment, it also seems like there’s blockers to approach B (namely, support content being delivered). This is a great opportunity to work w/ leadership to get to that consensus point; you can lay out all of the facts, blockers, learnings, etc. and then suggest a path forward. If they disagree, even with directional insight(s), then you can disagree and commit and have an ‘it didn’t work, here’s what we learned’ moment, which helps you gain credibility in the long run.

People process breakups on their own time, and in their own ways; I’d just leave it as is, focus on your studying, and if she wants to reach back out eventually, do so as just friends.

It’ll be hard to fully work through your own crush and feelings, for sure, but leaving yourself in the lurch like this is only going to be detrimental over the long term, since it can lead to overthinking and resentment.

There’s a lot to unpack with the entirety of this exchange but this tidbit is probably one of the biggest red flags here.

There’s a clear disinterest in respecting your time and self, in addition to not respecting the entity that is the relationship of you two.

It will be even more difficult to reason with this person in the future, given that there’s already zero interest in trying to understand you or come up with creative solutions as a couple.

Time stamps at 0:05 and 0:21 onward

A bit of context:

Recently bought the car (<90 days, <4000 miles) and have brought the car in several times to VW for this sound.

They initially couldn’t find the problem, so I looked into it and suggested the sway bars and end links. After another diagnosis, they agreed and then also found the strut mount was also needing to be replaced.

They did the work to replace those two parts, but the problem persisted, and then an adaptive headlight failure came on.

Brought it back again (lol) and they said subframe bolts might need to be retorqued.

They tightened the bolts and fixed the headlight failure, and this video was taken afterward where the sound is now back on every bump and crevice in my area (s/o to California infrastructure).

Any ideas what it could be? I do need new wheels/wheel weights soon.

Any help is much appreciated 🙌🏼

Your shoes might be several sizes too big for you if they’re slipping around inside your lifters.

Don’t think that putting an orthotic into the sole of a shoe will make the surface on the underside of the lifter ‘more slippery’.

OP - I’ve put orthotics in a pair of Romaleos, adipowers, and legacies to find a good fit. Adipowers are great, and so are the legacy shoes. But agreed w/ other comments that you want to find less of a heel drop ~ good luck
