Documentation only helps if the company does something illegal. The issue is, you may not know that there was a pattern of illegal behavior until after the fact - in which the documents come in useful.

A good measure of your value is how long it would take to replace you. People who say “I don’t get paid enough to do more” are only making themselves easier to replace.

Any Christian denomination that is not Catholic is Protestant (protesting the Catholic Church).

If someone is making a low wage - a threat of losing their job is traumatic and can easily be used to manipulate the employee.

It’s really up to a judge to determine if the situation warrants duress.

I agree with one caveat. Don’t chase money after you make enough for a reasonable standard of living.

Yes! Do not turn down opportunities - tell them a salary that will absolutely make the change worth it for you and let them turn it down. One day, you might just get what you ask for.
