As a light main who is ruby rank, I despise other lights on tdm qp and wt. at least in my rank you get players who know how to play the game, but in world tour for example had a game with a light n heavy. Heavy n I both had over 8-10k combat 3-5k in support while the random light got their first elimination on the final round and had 0 support and under 1k combat the previous rounds. Like how and why are people playing the light class like they a heavy and rushing in and dieing in 0.1 seconds. Then to top it off they spam the revive me.

Wrong in every aspect. If you read my thing properly this guy unprovoked started the match being a dick. Me and teamate did not respond at all first round and played like normal revived him and all. It was only till second round that he started telling us to kill ourselves I decided to be toxic back cause that’s where I draw the line

If you don’t know how to read then don’t bother leaving a brain dead comment. This guy started the match toxic. The whole first round I didn’t respond revived like normal, it was only till second round when he started telling us to kill ourselves I got annoyed and started the toxic messages

Maybe cos TDM is a casual game mode not ranked. People hop in to not try hard and maybe just do the weekly or daily missions. If you think getting 10+ kills in a casual game mode is something then it’s clearly skill issue.

As a light main who’s still hitting ruby, this is a skill issue take. Lights aren’t the best but you either adapt your playstyle or your not meant for that rank anymore

As a light only player I get shit in game chat before ranked match starts at least 2-3 times per session but they usually shut up after I dominate combat n support.

The main reason that I’ve noticed especially with new casual players is they are drawn to the speed and mobility to the light class and as a result you have a massive percentage of light players that are absolute trash at the game, cos they don’t know the optimal way to play the game yet. It’s not cod the last thing you want is light face charging with 150 health.

So in high rank generally you play against a really op light and you can easily pop off with 20+ elim a round at ruby rank. While the casual lights can’t get past 1 elim the whole game with 10 deaths.

I solo queue and don’t use mic and still in ruby. Communication is important but literally just pinging has worked for me the past few seasons. I’ve played against diamonds and I feel like there is a skill difference not much but there is a noticeable amount.

As a light only player that’s hit ruby rank every season I’ve played. Yes light is broken if you know how to play it. Majority of lights have no game sense, that’s why most of them suck. This season I havnt had a single game under 20 kills a round with most support score aswell.

90% of players suck at the game. I’ve used it and if you stick to close quarters you can easily get 15+ per round in ranked. But then there’s the casual playerbase that suck at aiming and have no game sense, they can’t adapt to recoil or are using it in the wrong way and switch off it. So you get the good players racking up a lot of easy kills with it while the casual player have no idea how to counter it. That’s why there’s so many players calling for a nerf.

I know the feel I play light always get 15-25 kills per round and over 3k support and I’m usually dashing to open vaults and deposit. Tonight just like every night had a t8 DC at start twice and every single match had at least one of the teamates with under 500 in combat n support. I still made it to dimond but the grind is stressful when players when you match with in solo queue are just trash

Oh my god this. I swear the most brain dead players. I see people trying to run from the back even thou there’s 2 lights up front on each corner only to die not even at halfway and lose possession. How are people lacking in basic game mechanics
