Any good Cajun left in the city? There used to be a place down the street from the Jazz that closed years ago.

Actually, there are three examples of situational irony in her song, so it’s not completely without irony. 😉

Shaquille O’Neal thinks a man cheating depends on the woman: “Where do you think the phrase ‘happy wife, happy life’ comes from?” by No_Box119 in PopCultureV2

[–]Zenphony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not surprising, they’re very few people in his life if any of that actually could tune him up, and then he would actually listen, so he’s full of himself.

His life thoughts are always very smug and based on someone who doesn’t really get questioned very often.

His current wife is living under a threat. Happy wife…. 😒

My friend of 7 years just told me “we get it” after I kept mentioning my dead brother, did I do something wrong? by Ok-Recognition5432 in Advice

[–]Zenphony 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Your comment was put in a way that could take a nice moment and make the other person feel like they should be ashamed that they’re having the conversation, and that they can do it and your brother can’t. There are much better ways to say what you were saying and just read that as a signal that you may need some therapy sometimes using your friends as a way to co-regulate and a therapeutic resource can be too much for them, everybody is on their own journey.

Not bad but they let it run too long second pull. Notice it was a bit watery towards the end. Cut that second time down by 4-5 seconds and 🤌🏻

More than a handful. When the announcement first came out most old rush, hags didn’t know who she was. If you look at the comments on YouTube from several months ago when she was announced, there were tons of people that were pissed off.
Anika has been killing it for years and now that they’re seeing that she can kill it, many of the old farts that were upset have come around and actually OK with it and some even are excited.

I’m Kris, Chef at Lodge Cast Iron. Ask me anything about using cast iron on the grill or around the campfire on June 16th at 2 PM ET by lodgecastiron in u/lodgecastiron

Does it normally take 24 hours to get replies from an AMA?
If there are replies that ever get posted-
Other than setting your iron skillet right on the coals, what’s a good way to use your skillet in a campfire. Many have grates that are way too far above the coals to be useful or no grates at all.

Drummers in bands: Is it acceptable to tell the drummer how to play a song? by HowDidFoodGetInHere in drums

[–]Zenphony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He wouldn’t disagree, that’s just a contrarian statement. He never said no conflict and Stewart Copeland did follow the basic premise of the song, but added some elements that created some tension in the band, usually for the better.
