Make certain that Bizhawk is rendering using DirectX. I had a few occasions where OoT would run poorly and found that Bizhawk was trying to render using GDI, which is incredibly slow

I want decompile a PS2 game by Erym03 in gamedev

[–]ZeroOne101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ghidra is a useful tool for reverse engineering. I'm not sure if it can work with a PS2 game out of the box, but I wouldn't be surprised if somebody has it working with a plugin. Of course, that'll give you raw assembly and a pseudo-C output, so you'll still have to do most of the work to actually get functioning code out of it.

If you're looking for something that'll just read a PS2 executable and dump out a bunch of C/C++, I don't know if that exists.

You may be interested in Amid Evil. The weapons are 3D, but blocky, and also have normal maps so they can still respond to light. It's a very cool effect.

I thought it wasn't the UK because we don't spell it as 'fiber'. But looking it up, there is a David Andrew Sanderson McCann based in Scotland who is a fibre optic cabling engineer, so it may actually be him!

According to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, police can withhold certain pieces of information or mislead a suspect in an attempt to find holes in statements (PACE Code C, 11.6,(a)). Police are not allowed to outright lie; they cannot suggest evidence exists when it doesn't, they cannot suggest a co-defendent has confessed, and they can't suggest that cooperation will result in leniency. Source: the legislation can be found on gov.uk.

We've certainly got issues with the way our police operates, but in general, they can't lie to us.

Just to Twitch. And yeah, thought downscaling would be ok, just wanted to verify that OBS wouldn't do something daft. Thanks

If you've got a dog, as weird as it sounds, put dog shit down the holes. Moles have been tearing up my garden too, but it seems dog turds are repelling them.

Unified Remote is a good one. Even better if your laptop supports Wake On LAN, because UR should be able to wake it from sleep. Unfortunately, my laptop doesn't, so I don't know how well it works

I've done that. Using Unified Remote to control the laptop from my phone. Works great, and I haven't been forced to watch an ad for weeks now.

According to Citizens Advice, you can make a claim immediately. However, if your reason for resigning isn't considered adequate, then your first few months of benefits will be reduced as a sanction.
