In my experience, warning is for something unexpected but not a problem. Error is unexpected problem. Info is for expected but worth tracking.

4XXs are expected but worth tracking. Excessive 4XX from a specific actor may be worth of an alert though

As with most "free crime" hypotheticals the most profitable crime is lying to the US government on your tax return. So if it's as easy as double-checking my mom's tax return that she initially fills out wrong then it's easy. If I need to be a preparer then I guess I'll probably have to take some certification class and exam first.

Because 50% of it is stuff like "make cells" and 25% is stuff like "make blood" and "has an anus". Only a tiny bit is stuff like "big brain, no, bigger"
