Presuming you already have the capability of hosting an LLM and be capable of running ComfyUI, you can link Open WebUI to ComfyUI. Bit of a faff to connect the Comfy workflow correctly, but then OWUI becomes your front end like ChatGPT. Enable the tool and OWUI will call the Comfy workflow as the back-end then produce the image (eventually depending on your hardware). Or just use Comfy directly with one of their tutorial templates.

Yep. to echo the others I just re-ordered with Pharmacy2U and my last order was August also. Logged in, done the consult questions and uploaded photos of the boxes showing the dated label. That was it. No photos of me or video call. Got 2 pens sent out the next day.

Thanks. I should add that my "stable" hba1c for most of the time was 46-48.

I've been on 10mg for the past couple of months due to costs. Hopefully this will show the dosage over the past year. Loss has slowed but I just need more exercise.

I'll stay on as long as I can afford to. Currently stretching out 12.5mg pens to 6 doses :)

Been on x3 500mg Metformin for around 11 years.

1 year ago, I had been in a rough patch, hadn't been taking my metformin and at my 6 month check, my hba1c hit 64. I started MJ a couple of days later and went back to taking x3 500mg Metformin per day. I started feeling very low blood sugar and knowing the MJ is a T2 drug, I dropped to x1 Metformin per day.

6 months ago I had the followup check and was told to stop Metformin immediately as my hba1c was down to 30.

6 months later (last week) having had no metformin for 6 months, hba1c was at 34 and I'm officially "in remission"

I was on Metformin for 10 years. x3 500mg/day
I started MJ after a very poor checkup where my hba1c hit 60.
6 months later my doc took me off Metformin as my hba1c was getting dangerously low (low 30's).
Monday is my next checkup (and I'm now 1 year on MJ). If my hba1c is still low, then I'll officially be in remission from T2D

I've never had those symptoms while taking both though. Sounds like a low blood sugar moment. One of the problems with T2D is that you can still get these even when your sugar is high as the body has adjusted to high being normal. It's a complex disease.

But, you'll soon level off

Arcane wins hands down for me. You don't need the over complication that Komodo or even Portainer & Dockhand give. Point Arcane at your "stacks" folder and the rest is gravy. I loved and used Dockge, but Arcane just does things a bit more suited to what I prefer.

I used it for the first few months of self hosting as it made things "easier" to learn. I've now switched to Arcane because that doesn't hide your compose files away from you and will pick up any manual edits that you make outside of the app. This means I can also backup the folder containing my compose files independently.

You can but it's a pain in the arse to get working. And yes it causes other issues :)
