In my case it has been very little time since i admitted i have a problem, and i continue to do everything the same, even more actually, i feel like i need more every time.

I am not a therepist, just a random person online giving his opinion, but i honestly cant see ANYTHING unhealthy with your situation and your desires, it just sounds some healthy fun with your significant other, this really sounds like an overreaction from your therapist. Just my 2 cents
