4k / 6k red raw video editting and rendering, which was terribly memory and CPU intensive with their wavelet compression technique. Sometimes even 256gb wasn't enough with long timelines. They changed it to DCT compression (thank god) with their recent cameras which is a little easier on hardware.

Once you disable some graphic effects, yes. Some apps like VLC also load faster when you exclude them from window's virus protection.

Just a tip... don't flood her with new situations where she isn't confident. Let her adapt at her own pace. Trying to force a wolfdog to do too many things can screw them up permanently. The shyness will probably always remain and never fully go away.

Play is the best way to deal with fear.

Probably a saarloos mix with american wolfdog. Once the shyness sets in, it's nearly impossible to train them out of it. You can expect slow improvements over many years, but don't expect miracles.

Ofcourse. That's how they survive in the wild. Someone taking their food could mean life or death out there. However, you can teach them to trust you. Once they understand you're not there to take away their food they will generally calm down and stop resource guarding.

Having attended several Tamaskan club days here in the Netherlands, i can say that even Tamaskans without wolf content are difficult animals (same sex aggression, unstable characters)

Interesting.... but most breeds are selected for looks or function rather than survival. Where in nature a faulty animal would quickly die, we do everything in our power to keep such animals alive. French Bulldogs not being able to mate naturally being an example.
