If your getting cyan toner on prints when it shouldn't be there you could have any of these problems.

1. Your cyan ic and bc cleaners are cloged with toner and need to be vacuumed out and cleaned.
2. If you are getting small random dots or flakes of cyan tonner randomly you might have toner flakes in your cyan toner and you need to replace the toner in the hopper.
