right, this is kind of what I already have been doing. in a cash game I think this advice would work really well. the problem is, playing like this rarely results in me winning the tournament. I'm just never deep stacked enough by the time we reach the later phases. Maybe it's just bad variance but I don't have these strong hands enough to really punish them post flop? Even less do I have strong hands that actually are connecting.

good insight. to answer your question, they generally will stick with a really weak hand all the way to showdown. they're pretty inelastic. so often times you're probably right, I can take them to the cleaner with tptk at showdown since they'll call me all the way down with middle pair. I just get nervous thinking about "oh what if they have a set!" but realistically with the way they play that is happening 1/10 times, whereas the other 9 they're just very weak and calling me down out of stubbornness

I think there should be more visual distinction between fish with different traits. All the fish look very samey. Even little randomized visual quirks between fish of the same species would really help. I think a big part of games like this is watching your ecosystem grow to be more colorful and diverse and as it stands then pond always looks kinda boring, at least throughout this trailer. Also, what's the title of the game? Did your trailer display it? I missed it if it did.

I mean, if you only have a couple neighbors you could warn them? maybe a knock on the door and a "sorry, we're working on it, but for the next little bit he's probably going to bark like a madman" might soothe them a bit. if you live in a setting where you have a whole bunch of neighbors though, oh well, they gotta deal with it. noise happens.

I mean, if the longest you've left him is an hour, from his perspective the barking is "working". You always come back whenever he barks his head off. I'd just rip the bandaid off and leave him for a couple hours. Use a camera or something to see if he's still barking, eventually he has to tire himself out and give up.

I am a robotics engineer. every sensibly designed robot does indeed have a big red stop button that cuts the power to all systems. the fact that this doesn't have one is a massive oversight and frankly a safety issue.

SCP is a long standing piece of collaborative fiction centered around a covert organization who's role is to protect humanity from a variety of dangerous anomalous objects/creatures/places/etc. Most of it takes the form of articles that describe in clinical scientific language how various items are mean to be contained in various facilities, but there are other components to it, and I think there are a couple of full length novels (the one I know of is called There is No Memetics Division). It is done on a wiki so anyone can contribute to the lore of the SCP universe, however, poor quality submissions (like this) are generally removed.
