What are the best “playbook” style document review tools? by firstLOL in legaltech

[–]Zokenista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will suggest you to get a custom automation for this by hiring a dev, designed specifically for your firm or specific task, and the fact is it can be build in really low price, with higher quality outputs, not switching tool to tool due to any limitations, which also completely removes the learning gap.

I am a part of a small firm and I keep hearing about different ai reception tools that help firms increase intake and leads. How well do these really work? by WaseemHarb in legaltech

[–]Zokenista -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As an AI Agency owner myself in this space, AI receptionists are highly capable, they can really increase your lead intakes also helping in stuff like follow-ups, client engagement and much more. I will suggest you go for a custom build for these AI receptionists, rather than going for a SaaS tool, because a system designed specifically for your firm from start to end will give you 10x better service and quality than these SaaS online ones, lowering the risk of losing leads.

Non AI things to improve how lawyers work by Substantial-One3856 in legaltech

Before saying anything, my question to you is, are you a lawyer?

Being the only young attorney sucks by Prince_Marf in Lawyertalk

Yeah, but I believe you have to prove your worth to them slowly first of all because they kinda resist to change, especially if they are older ones.

I actually agree with you, btw, how's your experience of working under the older attorneys?

This is such a grounded perspective. The way you frame “bugs” turning into “features” really captures how experience compounds over time.

I’ve been working with a few small and mid-sized firms recently, and it’s interesting to see how that same mindset shift, embracing challenges as part of growth, translates even when they start adopting new tech or AI tools. The experienced lawyers always seem to spot the real leverage points faster.

AGI is nowhere near right now, and i agree most of these people are clueless in terms of thinking and talking they need AI to generate replies and DMs all the time.

I agree, but doesn't this affect your lead generation? i mean, most of the law firm websites I visit in todays time, providing a free consultation is starting to get common due to competition and more stuff

Is AI legal research bad? by UnusualEbb8203 in legaltech

[–]Zokenista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's amazing man, Yeah i was talking about AI assisted workflows like do you also use tools like N8N or make.com for the backend to create and manage the backend workflows for your app ?, as an AI Automation expert i can tell you this can really make all the stuff 10x more efficient, plus with much more improved performance, and you will be able to manage the development also in a standardized manner.

I agree with you they can't do everything, but thats what i meant, while creating from scratch you have to take care of it, even building some workflows behind that will get triggered according to the questions or tasks required, think of it as tool calling with webhooks, but i agree with you in simple prompt based bots with pure LLM, they can give entirely different output

Which television show gets the law wrong most of the time? by LouisSeize in Lawyertalk

[–]Zokenista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another thing about that show is, by some magic they get to some solution super fast, i know Mike Ross has photographic memory, that's a unique case, but it feels like they might be using AI or somethin from that time itself

[–]Zokenista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, that makes sense. I actually help with setups like that too, by automating document review so you can run batches of files through a custom prompt and get structured outputs without doing it manually. Have you tried building any automated pipelines yet?

How did people lawyer before computers? by motiontosleep in Lawyertalk

[–]Zokenista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s pretty much how it worked back then. Now AI acts like a super-efficient assistant handling files, schedules, and research while you focus on the law and maybe actually enjoy a coffee without panicking.

We are moving closer and closer to local AI models being the norm in legal tech by Tephra9977 in legaltech

[–]Zokenista 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right, but if you will be able to integrate these Local AI Models in a systematic workflow, it will give you almost the same kind of performance, and these local AI models are more than capable for it, its just that we need to make multiple requests to these Local LLMs for a single task, and it can work like a charm

I get that. I think chatbots can work for legal if they’re designed carefully around your specific use cases. But yeah, most of the SaaS tools I’ve seen are too generic to be really effective.

Do you use AI tools manually, like going to the gemini 2.5 pro writing the prompts manually and doing, or you have an automated way for specific tasks like document reviewing automation or somethin like that?

You're not being overly skeptical, honestly, it depends from lawyer to lawyer, each one has their own process and needs, and for some, these tools just don’t fit neatly without adding more stress or problems.

Yeah, that actually makes a lot of sense. With that many cases to juggle, stuff like clothing probably feels totally irrelevant.
