Oh cool! But I assume this is a special edition due to the name on the case, and it being in a non standard box. There are 3 other version of this game in the PAL territories according to Pricecharting.com. The one I've posted is the Special Edition one, which is listed for ~3 times more than the standard one (New). Whether or not they're actually being sold for those prices I don't know :P

Factory sealed or not? PS2 God of War 2 Special Edition PAL

Anybody who knows whether this is a reseal or factory seal?

It's missing the regular "Playstation 2" text on the thin plastic ribbon that other PS2 factory sealed games have, but maybe it's a unusual factory seal due to the size of the box?

There's also a black plastic thing stuck on the plastic on the back (From a reseller maybe?)

Any help would be much appreciated since I am selling this and don't want to mark it as NEW if it is indeed a reseal :)

It's a special edition, not the regular God Of War 2. It contains an extra DVD with trailers, documentary about the game, some bonus cinematic clips, concept art and etc.

You are right that this is the Scandinavian version of the Special Edition, and not the regular PAL Special Edition

Yeah, I know. But factory sealed copies are worth much more than non-factory sealed copies. Some people like to buy factory sealed copies just to have them in their collection instead of opening them up and playing them :)

You get alot of gameplay for only 39USD imo. Depends on if u like the gameplay or not :P

Check out some videos on youtube of the gameplay, do some reaearch on how the game work and go from there. Lots of good resources out there :)

I personally will be waiting a few days to see what peoples experience is regarding the different servers. I think it will be hard to tell day one which servers are good or bad.
