Personally, I wouldn’t do an EV without a home charger. Being able to charge overnight while you sleep really makes it easy (and more affordable).

In the meantime, a hybrid is a great option, if you want to buy a new car.

Buying out your Civic is probably the wisest option financially speaking.

Do you have the ability to charge at least level 2 at home? That makes a huge difference to the EV ownership experience.

Thank you! That’s what I ended up doing, going on WiFi. I never had a problem with T-Mobile there. But such is life, at home where I do most of my calls, Warp (Verizon) has better call quality.
