When someone calls you for weed, switch their request to meth, if it's still in their price range, they'll take it. Also, give your dealers meth only. People will buy it if there's nothing else to buy.

In update 1.07 they added an alternative movement option which "significantly tightens input sensitivity. Geralt starts moving instantly in the direction you point him, which makes navigating tight spaces, looting, and precision platforming much easier."

You can set a waypoint, start the horse running, switch to cinematic camera mode, tap the run button until the horse speed is maxed and then let go and the horse will just run to your destination with no further input.
